Contract length extended after moving home

Hi,

I moved home with my virgin media equipment on in August 2023 and was given a new contract with an incorrect duration length. The length of the new contract is 18 months lasting to 3rd February 2025 when it should only be 12 months. The contract for my previous address was from 1st February 2023 to 31st July 2024. Nothing was changed in the move I still have the same deal, even the 18 month welcome offer was correctly carried over and applied. I wish to have my current contract changed to reflect the correct end of contract date which would be the end of this month as I originally signed an 18th month deal, not 24 months.

I wish to end my contract this month as I’m moving home and don’t wish to pay a very large disconnection fee for over 6 months when I’ve used virgin media for the past 18 months.
