Contract Issues

My contract expired in January 2025 and I renewed my contract in Dec 2024 with no changes. I received confirmation via email of the new contract and thought job done, however this contract has not been activated and I have contacted Virgin Media on numerous occasions to resolve this. I have sent the summary confirmation email to different people who have assured me that this will be escalated and sent for approval. I thought the issue had been resolved but yesterday received an email regarding my bill which was incorrect. Today I phoned again and again was told the same thing but I was unfortunately cut off and I am still waiting on him phoning me back!! I am hoping posting on this forum someone can help me as contacting Virgin by phone is futile.
