Contract issue

Virgin media have (agent error) admitted by Virgin cancelled my £33/month contract and reinstated it @ £112/month, the last 'agent' (usless person) that inboxed me told me this, admitted Virgins faults and then guess what? Vanished as soon as I asked them to fix it, is anyone going to fix this or are you just giving me more and more ammo to send to the ombudsman?

Virgin close complaints without you even hearing from complaints. 

They're just a broken company, I've spent 4hrs on the phone, 2hr WhatsApp and 2hr live chat, now here... they still can't fix my account..... 

 

What an absolute bunch of incompetent people that work here.

    Thank you for clearing security on the account. We have had a look into this case and we apologise for the poor journey had. It looks like you initially had a contract agreed with us on 04/01/25 for £33 a month (18 months) to raise to £112 at the end of the contract. However, on 03/02 an incorrect closure was put through for 04/02 (agent error). We apologise on behalf of our team. We were able to reconnect it on 06/02/25 by re-adding the package however it was added again without the relevant discounts. This is why the monthly price is 112.00 (core package price). Are you happy for us to raise a complaint for your poor journey and work with you on a resolution and complaint closure?

        You're not helpful either! Not a single person at Virgin has sorted my account after 10+ hrs of contacting you over a simple issue. 

        You're no instant messaging service but you absolutely are an incompetent company.
