Contract includes Netflix but it's not been set up

I have an existing Netflix account but this was not linked when I signed in with the verification link. I have spoken to 3 different agents regarding this and each one has assured me that they have raised this so another link can be sent. This has been ongoing for a month and I just can't get the help. Can anyone help me?

    When did you take out a contract?

    Was Netflix included in this contract?

      I took a contract out about a month ago and Netflix is included. I was assured last Thursday that the Netflix link would be sent within 48 hours. that is now the 4th advisor that has not helped resolve this. N Netflix has been really helpful but there's nothing more they can do as the link comes from virgin. My account is [MOD EDIT: Removed]
