Contract end date help

Hello,

So I hope this is the correct sub forum to place this ?

I have been struggling to find out when my current contract ends & I cannot find any info when logging in to here https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media/home I cannot find anywhere that shows my contract.

Can any VM staff here help me find it & or also tell me when the contract ends ?

According to here https://www.ofcom.org.uk/phones-telecoms-and-internet/advice-for-consumers/costs-and-billing/in-or-out/check-contract-status

Log in to your Virgin Media account.
Select 'My Account'.
Select 'Check your contract details'. You’ll find your end date here.

No such option exists though when I log in.

I don't like trying to do this kind of thing on the phone with call centers as I typically end up in a huge queue or they don't understand me very well on the other end.

    The Contract link is on the same page when viewing your bill.  This is on your Contract, and it's not the end as such.  Once your 18 months minimum period is ended, it turns into a rolling monthly contract until you cancel.

      Hey thanks for the info. A little more info from me I received this text & was confused by the date "25/12/17"

       

      & When I go to that address when signed in to my VM account I am greeted with this & there is no more info anywhere about why such a message was sent to me:
