Contract Discount Confusion
Hi,
I've had an email saying that my contract is due to end. I thought this was incorrect so checked it. It looks like I have one discount that ends in April and one that ends in September. This seems odd as all my previous discounts ran concurrently. I've tried contacting VM retentions but keep getting the offshore call centre and struggle to understand what they are saying. When I re-contracted last time, I was put through to UK retentions level 2 but I'm now told this doesn't exist. I tried the option of the text service but got a message to say 'we don't currently use this service'.
My concern is I take a new contract now and then come September, that discount expires and I'm having to go through this process again?
