Confusion with latest contract renewal pricing.
Hi all.
I will probably need an admin to answer, as I have had a lot of difficulty ascertaining exactly what my new contract cost will be. The package contract that has just expired was for £48.96, monthly.
The updated price given was £69.77 and so I went on line to see if I could find a better deal. I found one at £59.72 and this was confirmed by email. Then recently, I received another email from Virgin saying the package would be £72.89, monthly!
Talk about confusing. Anyway, I checked with the bank today and saw that there was a debit of £69.77. So what has happened to the confirmed package that I chose?
I emailed have Virgin twice and have had no response from them. I also have tried phoning them but all I get is a robot answering service, that leads nowhere. What happened to the good old days, when one could speak to a human being at the end of the line?
Virgin Media sure do make things complicated these days. Perhaps all these providers do.
