Confused renewer !
I contacted VM to discuss the contract renewal offer I had on my account . This stated a price for continuing ( renewing for 18 months ) the exact same package I have at the same price . The person i spoke to said the offer was incorrect and would not be honoured . …my offer gave a price for broadband 250, landline weekend chatter , MAXIT tv and TNT sport as an £18 add on . The services assistant said that TNT was no longer available , nor was MAXIT TV … I would have to pay more than the offer to get a similar package . I am so confused …if i agree and renew using the on line offer that states MAXIT TV , Phone and broadband price …and TNT as add on ….and gives a total …then surely VM must supply me that package at that price ?
The assistant said they had had many calls about this but she would put on file that I had been warned …WHAT ??
is there a kind soul that can cut through this confusion …if i agree a contract with VM today and sign it …will they honour it ? Or at least until the April price rise ?
