I am unable to log into my Virgin Media account.

I am unable to log into my Virgin Media account.  The last time I logged into my account, I was guided down different paths which has completely confused me and now I have no idea what email address, password to use and I only have one more chance left before being locked out.  Can you please help me to get back to a basic and simple easy way to log into my Virgin Media account rather than 02 or joint Virgin Media/02.
