Confirmation of end of service date?
I am due to be disconnected on 14th of April, and I think I have just received my final bill but it is not very clear... I was expecting to see something on my final bill stating the disconnection date but it does not.
Is someone at VM able to look at my account please and confirm everything is correct?

That's correct, the final bill is produced after the disconnection completes and takes into account any payments made for services after the disconnection date.
