Confirm m500 includes Netflix

Question

Renewed online on Monday and upgraded to M500 as read it included Netflix. Also confirmed by ringing Virgin but they could not match online deal. If I have to keep waiting for Netflix code my 14 day cooling off period will expire before I know definitely if I'm getting it or not. Contract dies not mention Netflix.

Can you advise please?

I recall the press release mentioning new and recontracting M500/Gig1 get it. I don't know if a simple upgrade on the same contract does.&nbsp;
