Hello,
Does anyone have an email for complaints?
The webpage to log complaints is not working and i'm incredibly unhappy with the customer service.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having trying to raise a complaint online. What's happening when you try to raise a complaint, are you getting any error messages? Please could you try to access the site via a different browser or device?

I had the same thing happen. If you try to log a complaint on your complaints web page, it doesn't work.
I'd like to complain about your complaints process not working but, of course, I can't because your complaints process doesn't work !!

We do have other ways that you can log a complaint with us other than via your online account. Would you like to speak to us via a private message and get your complaint raised?
