Complaint

How do you actually speak to someone with virgin media? My internet has been horrendous for about a month now possibly longer and when you log on and try to speak to someone you get fobbed off with a bot telling you it doesn’t understand, these companies do not understand that when you have a problem that barely annoys you but contact is made this tedious that problem becomes ten times worse and you become very annoyed, virgin have been pretty flawless over the years to be fair but as i stated above the problem is heightened whenever you have to try and contact these company’s with there stupid bot’s that go around in circles, no links to just send an email just infuriating.

    Sorry to hear about your experience with your connection and trying to get support! 

    It would be good to know what kind of issues you are having with the connection so we can best offer further support - for example; speeds, Wi-Fi coverage, Intermittent connections etc?

    You can check for any local outages and known faults that may be affecting your connection via the service checkers  👉 https://virg.in/service or by calling 📞 0800 561 0061. If there's nothing listed but you are still having issues please let us know as this can indicate a fault we may need to investigate with some testing.
