Complaint
Hi.
Your actions should be illegal and your executives should face consequences for how they are allowing customers to be treated.
You are not allowing customers to raise complaints.
Your complaints page (https://www.virginmedia.com/help/complaints) contains link to a non-existant web form, references a web chat which you clearly only switch on at certain times, and references a phone number which does not have an option to raise complaints.
I have had an issue with my service which you have been unable to resolve, and in trying to chase this I have spent huge amounts of time navigating your intentionally broken complaints process.
I expect someone to explain to me how it's possible that you can so brazenly be preventing customers from raising complaints, and I expect to be financially compensated for the time spent navigating processes you have made intentionally difficult.
