Complaint runaround

Hi everyone.

Does anyone have a complaints email address that can be used to escalate a complaint? I've been given a runaround in the web chat over the last two days resulting in me making a complaint. Problem is that the complaint was "resolved" today without any discussion!

When I tried to ask for an escallation email address via the chat service, they tried to offer me a service upgrade I never asked for and then cut me off for the weekend. All I'd asked for was an escalation email.

It's so frustrating because while I find the technical service to be (generally) pretty good, the customer service is terrible!

Anyway, I'd be grateful if anyone can point me in the direction of a real contact email for escalating complaints.
