Complaint Query

I am going through same issues, I cannot complain simply by web chat or sending an email as I have to log into their site to do this and get thrown out of their site each time I try because their site doesn't recognise my email address despite them sending me emails. They say i can do It by phone but actually a charge for this, wth! I just want to get things resolved as a new customer.

      My Virgin Media to see billing details. I actually managed to get into it yesterday but only off the back of an email they had just sent and on my mobile phone, I struggled with my tablet. Really not good.

        Which tablet do you have Dirifible-Al?

        Is this tablet all fully updated to the latest operating system?
