Complaint issue

I also experienced this, I called spoke sith someone who told me one poece of information, i called again was told another piece of conflicing information, i made a complaint and was advised i would be contacted within 48 hours, i wasnt, i messaged om webchat and same response, still nothing it has been over 4 weeks!
