Complaint Issue

I tried to raise a complaint using the online Web form however there are bugs with it and it didn't work. I spoke with someone on the webchat who created a complaint case for me and advised I would receive an email with details which I could reply to with the full details however I have not received any email and there is no way of adding any detail to my complaint case on MyVirginMedia. I've had nothing but issues since joining VM and my complaint is a very serious one which needs to be logged and now I can't even raise a complaint either. Please can someone help me with how I can get the details of my complaint added to the case reference?

    What is your complaint regarding please?
