Complaint C-2403253051

I have made countless telephone calls over last few months re intermittent broadband. 
Finally, on Friday my complaint seemed to have been dealt with. 
Sadly, the bill credit promised has not happened. 
Would someone from the complaints team please contact me.

    There's no complaints team on here. One of the forum team may be able to pass a message for you, or you'll have to make a further complaint.

    We're sorry to hear a credit hasn't yet been added. Usually this won't show on your account, at your end until your next bill is generated. We can double check it's been added for you though.
