Complaint around in circles.
Hi.
I made a complaint as Virgin Media have broken my complaint resolution agreed last year.
I kept getting emails back ignoring my complaint and standard messages about price prices and this went backwards and forwards.
VM have then accepted my complaint and offered a resolution honouring their agreement from last year. I emailed back to clarify.
I have then received several emails since totally ignoring your resolution saying there is noting you can do and there clearly is as you have out a resolution in writing which you are ignoring. Seems to be whoever is picking up the emails is not taking account what has previously been said.
I have emailed back twice with a timeline and being ignored and receiving replies that have nothing to do with my complaint and as I have it all in writing i am happy to go further.
Can anyone help sort this out as you have already made an offer and you are ignoring the offer you made?
