Complaint about a Complaint about a Complaint...

Perhaps one of the forum team can explain to me why Virgin Media think it's acceptable to respond to complaint about a 28.13% increase on my billing, which exceeds the contract, with a stock email?

I am losing patience with Virgin Media, and I haven't even started trying to cancel, which I will be doing shortly.

Forum Team, what's the email address of one of your legal people please?

    Have you established the reason for the 28% increase? Was this due to a time-limited discount expiring? Those are shown on every monthly bill, together with their expiry date.

    Any additional charges would also be shown on the same bill.
