Complaint - Double billed

Hi 

Anyone else getting double billed since the O2 switch on your mobile? been getting charged £36 every month by Virgin Media and O2 for a sim only since June 2023. I cant get through to anyone on customer service going around on a automated message system for hours.

what is the actual complaint procedure and how do I get a full refund dated back to June 2023

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your mobile billing at the moment. Who have you been trying to contact Virgin Media or O2? You would need to contact O2 to have them look into this as they should have taken over the billing side of things from Virgin Media, when your mobile contract was migrated to them.
