Collections

I cancelled my virgin account in August.
I forgot to pay the final bill and so Virgin sent the debt to bpo collections. I have paid the amount owing to the collections company. When will it show on the billing section of my virgin media account that it has been paid? It's still showing as owing.

    You should also check what this has done to your credit rating on the reference agencies.

    It should be reflected on your account within 30 days. Your online account may not reflect the change, if your final bill shows as having an outstanding amount - as you will not be billed if there's no outstanding balance on the account.
