closing very old blueyonder account

Hi All,

I need to close my blueyonder email account urgently and via a secure method.

I have phoned virgin media but they don't know anything about this and say that the email address is not linked to the account. I have had this email account probaly since the 90s and old telewest accounts... and used it up until yesterday but it urgently requires deactiving and deleting.

 

Can virgin help please?

    We are only able to arrange for the deletion of an email linked to a Virgin Media account with active services, we're happy to take a look at this for you and I will send you a Private Message, please keep an eye out in the top right when signed into the forums for the envelope.
