Claiming back bill overpayment
I’m usually good at knowing when contracts are coming to an end and negotiating new deals but for whatever reasons I missed the last one. I spoke to customer services and they’ve reduced my bill back down to what it was, saving me £30pm. Can I claim that £30 back for the period since my new contract started (May) or was it on me to have spotted it at the time?
