Cheaper package and return 2nd box

Hi All 

We are currently out of contract and wish to get a cheaper package with virgin. No longer using 2nd box so wish to return it. 

don’t want or need a free o2 SIM card as already have mobile phones.

Please advise

    Mod here don’t deal with packages. You need to talk to retentions. Have the prices of competitors to hand for comparison when dealing with retentions.  If you aren’t happy, leave. The only thing to note is if you have a VM mailbox it will be deleted after 90 days.
