Changed Contract, signed the contract, but no delivery date
Hi,
So last week I agreed to a new package including the TV, got the Contract Summary Sheet which I accepted. The next day (I assumed it was a confirmation, so I initially didn't pay much attention) I got a confusing email saying, "Thanks for these changes. We have removed : Old packaged and added : New Package" .
Considering I haven't heard from Yodel about delivery dates I am worried someone at VM has somehow cancelled the order.
What on earth is going on, can't get hold of anyone in their "very busy contact centre"
