Cashback Issue
Hi Virgin Media Team,
I wonder if you can help me, please. I'm missing cashback that I was meant to receive via TopCashback Compare. I placed the broadband order at the end of September last year, but it's still showing as pending.
I believe the issue might be because, when the original order was placed, it didn’t process properly and the virgin media hub wasn’t sent out. A second order form was then raised over the phone and reprocessed to resolve this issue. I suspect this has caused a mismatch that's preventing the cashback from tracking correctly. I have discussed several times with topcashback but have got nowhere.
It’s now been around eight months, and I’d really appreciate some help in resolving this. If possible, could you please DM me so we can discuss this privately?
