Can't view deals or renewal offers.

Hi, can someone help please? I can't view any deals or renewal offers under our account. I click the link for either and it takes me to the chat log in page. This happens on the app and in any browser that I use. I did go through the chat service a couple of weeks ago to get it sorted but nothing has happened yet.

I've attached some screenshots of what happens.

Anyone got an ideas?
