Can't return equipment I do not have
Sorry if wrong board.
I've cancelled my contract. I'm being asked to return 3 items but only have two. The engineer who replaced the 500gn Tivo box with 1Tb Tivo took the 500gb. I have been trying to get through to customer services for 2 days. The Whatsapp bot chat is also a joke. I've saved screenshot... hours wasted.
