Cant register an account

Hi, I cannot register for an account ?

Each time I try to sign up it asks me for an Account number and an Area Reference. I would have absolutely no trouble entering these myself if I had been allowed to actually give my email to you.

Currently your sign up page says "All these details can be found on your welcome email or latest bill. "

I am trying to register an account, therefore I have none of these.
