can't register account - verification expired
I have just had broadband installed and was asked to create a My Virgin Media account as soon as my order was placed. I tried to do this and got stuck in an endless loop of "verification link expired" even though I was clicking the link almost instantly...
I called last week and was told by someone that the verification wouldn't work until my services had been installed and activated which i found odd because your system was telling me to create an account as soon as the order was created and that was how i was supposed to keep track of the engineer coming.
Services are up and running and surprise surprise i still can't create an account because it just constantly tells me the link has expired.
Please sort this, i can see its been an issue for ages looking at other posts but there seems to be no solution other than to post on here seperately and have one of you private message me.
