Can't organise return through chat bot

I've moved house and have been told I need to return the previous kit as it wasn't collected at activation.

However, the chat bot crashes every time I give my last name so I can't organise the return packaging. Could I have assistance please?

  • I had similar problem, not getting a return kit.

    In the end, I went to an O2 shop and it was easily returned.
