(Can't) Manage Flex Plan through app

Added TNT subscription, but can't cancel through the Flex Plan management screen. Either shows error (desktop pc) or loads chat page. Chat page the crashes after 15 mins. How can these 'flexible' subscriptions be cancelled or others added?

    Sorry to see that you're having issues managing your subscriptions. Just to check, are you having these same issues on all devices? Usually, managing this via your online account should work.
