Can't login to My Virgin

Hi,

I am trying to login to My Virgin account using a browser and it won't recognise password. Next, trying 'forgot my password' and it won't recognise my email address. Same thing happens when I use the Virgin app on my phone.

Can you help?

    Sorry to hear about your difficulties logging in to My VM. We'd like to help get this sorted. 

    Just to ask a little more information that will help us isolate and resolve things - How long has this problem been ongoing Have you ever had successful access to My VM? Have you recently moved address or changed account?
