Can't link Virgin O2 as details needed are in virgin email, which I can't log into due to needing details

Trying to link 02 and Virgin account, but it's asking for my account number and area code. But I have paperless bills, so it all goes to my blueyonder email. But I can't log into it as I need to link my account, which I can't as I need my details to login which are in the email! :-/
