Can't link account

 When I try to login to my account it prompts me to link VM account with VM O2 ID account. However I cannot find my account number of area reference number anywhere. I'd like to access my VM billing. Thanks.

  • Mine is active and can’t link . I can’t change my direct debit or view bills

    Are you an active customer with us yet, or still waiting on install? If you're still waiting on install it won't be possible yet so please come back to us when your services are installed if this is the case.

      Yes, I'm an active customer. But I can't view my bills or access my account.

        You may need a copy of your initial bill for the information you need to get registered. We can re-send this to you if you haven't received it yet, so you have the information needed.
