Can't get through to speak to someone on the phone
My contract has ended and the price for my services has gone up. I received an email about it and it stated I could call someone at Virgin Media to discuss the options available to me on the 0345 number. I can not get through on the phone to speak to anyone. I get the main menu where the automated message tells me I can pay online for my most recent bill then it hangs up on me. Not even an option to go through to speak to someone. I don't want to pay my bill just yet (not due until 18/11 anyway) until I've spoken to someone about carrying on with the service/cancelling etc.
I have even tried the online chat which directed me to a Whatsapp chat where no one responded to me.
Am I missing something? I've called Virgin media many times in the past and never had this issue. There doesn't even seem to be an option to get through to someone in the event you might be having technical issues. Is there another number to try? I'm going round in circles here. Terrible service, makes me want to cancel the entire thing and go back to Sky.
