Can't change account settings
The email and phone associated with my house cable account are both set to a company address and company phone. This company has now gone bust and I don't have access to either. I can still log into the account, but can't change either my email or phone, as it needs authentication from the other. Sending something to my home address would work to avoid online scams, but as I have been contacted by Virgin on my new phone, they clearly know that my details have changed, but don't seem to be able to update these details.
What can I do to fix the issue?
