cannot view my bill

Hi  HELP PLEASE

I am trying to view my bill on line and i get in to a constant loop of .Sorry, you can’t access this pageYou don't have a Virgin Media account linked to your Virgin Media O2 ID right now. Tap the button below to link your account when i do that a new message says they have found my virgin media account,and to fill in dets ...name, account number, etc... 

If you’d like to continue and link your Virgin Media account to your Virgin Media O2 ID, please confirm the full email address your Virgin Media account is currently registered to.

We’ll then send an email to that email address to approve the transfer.

but as this email is a blueyonder email i can no longer access this so i dont see the link

  • Hi Graham thankyou for your prompt reply!  so i clicked the link and the same page appeared Find your VM account when i fill it out  with all relevant details next page says  we've found your account How ever this is linked to a different address to your VM O2 ID if you would like to link it  please confirm email address which is blueyonder and we will send email to confirm but as previously stated i cannot access this address and so it goes around ...i am way past 70 and i have been trying for three days now !

    frosty65​ Why can't you access the blueyonder email address?  If it is the primary email address for you current VM broadband account then you should still be able to access it.  Have you tried via mail.virginmedia.com
