Cannot view my bill

Hi

For months now, I have not been able to view my bill, not on the app, on the website, or on the link via email with the bill. I have extra charges and want to view my bill, I have been told I can have my bill via post but that costs extra. I should be able to view my bill without paying extra. I have tried Edge and google incognito, and still have the same problem.

The app shows an error message - but I am the account holder. 

It either takes you around in circles on the website back to the same page, or the app shows an error.

Please help, I just want to view my bill.
