Cannot sign into our account anymore!
Signing in to our account on Virgin Media used to be so easy! In fact we renewed our contract one time simply online through our account. It was brilliant. Now, if I try to sign in, I have to go through loops and am told I should link the account to O2. I don't use O2 at all! When I try to sign in to the app instead of in the browser, I get a 'Sorry' message try again. I'm using the same email address and password as we always use. Is this a glitch in the system, please?
