Can't log in to account anymore

As above, I wanted to check a secondary email account on webmail so logged out. Now I can't log back in again. the login page is different with the VM-O2 logo and asks me to register or login. I don't have any O2 stuff and when I input my correct primary email address the system tells me it is not recognised. I was only in the account half an hour ago. Could any of the mods please help.     Turns out even though this is a known issue it wasn't the problem in my instance. I'd forgotten we had to supply a non VM email address and as I have just found out that is what you use to login now. after that it worked ok. Thanks for the replies,

    All users, since about July, have to login with a VMO2ID account. When creating this account, you can skip the O2 part.  I don’t have any O2 stuff and did this.  I’m guessing your browser had kept you logged in for some time.  Hence when you logged out, you are now asked to create the new mandatory account.

    Thank you, chatgpt just suggested the same. Unfortunately there is no Skip or not now option displayed. When i put my 100% correct email addy in I'm told it not invalid.
