Cannot register new account

New to virigin media,

i have the link to create a new account fill in all my details and the web page keeps crashing on creation,

any help would be appreciated

    Are you able to try this on another device for example, if you're using the same device to do this?

    Is there any difference when you use different connections such as mobile data or WiFi?

      Hi Tom,

      Yep ive tried this on multiple phones/pc on moblie data and wifi and still getting the same thing
