cannot register my Virgin Media O2 ID

I wish to link my ID to manage my subscription,

Every time I try to do this I get an error "can't find you virgin media account"

I have been trying every day for the past, week 5 tries a day.

I have tried to contact Virgin, but there is no way to get through to anything but automated systems,

I wish to talk to a person who can trouble shoot this for me.

If it isn't sorted over the weekend, I will be cancelling within my cooling period,

The service is shocking, I will be going back to plusnet where they actually want to help you
