Cannot Register My Virgin Media Account

Hello, 

We have recently installed Virgin Broadband and Tv, both of which are working fine. 

However, when I have tried to register our account, I cannot get past the ‘set password’ stage, as it crashes everytime. I have tried using different browsers, different email addresses, using both wifi and data and nothing seems to be working. 

I would appreciate some help with this. Thank you.
