Cannot register for VM Account
Hi,
Just ordered VM for my new flat that I'm moving into. I am getting mixed dates from virgin in terms of my delivery date, and it tells me to log in to track the order.
When registering for the account it wants to send me a verification code, but the email never arrives, not in my spam either. I know my email is fine because I got all my contract info from virgin to that inbox and even made this community account with the same email and verified it no problem!
I contacted live chat and they said to wait until my line is active, but I need the account before the line goes active to manage the delivery date!
Anyone who can help please?
