Cannot register for VM Account

Hi,

Just ordered VM for my new flat that I'm moving into. I am getting mixed dates from virgin in terms of my delivery date, and it tells me to log in to track the order.

When registering for the account it wants to send me a verification code, but the email never arrives, not in my spam either. I know my email is fine because I got all my contract info from virgin to that inbox and even made this community account with the same email and verified it no problem!

I contacted live chat and they said to wait until my line is active, but I need the account before the line goes active to manage the delivery date!

Anyone who can help please?

    You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 and ask them what's happening with delivery.

    They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday

    (It can take a couple of days for a member of the forum team to pick up your post)

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Apologies for any log in verification issues. Normally this is fine to use before the activation, however, if there are any issues, we would therefore advise to wait till install to try verifying the online account again. In the meantime, if you do call the pre-install team on that above number, they can help with any queries you've got over the install date :) let us know how the install goes/if still need help with the online account after you've been installed.
