Cannot Log In to O2 or Virgin

I have been trying for ages to log into my O2 and my virgin Media account and keep getting error 400, or the page timed out. I tried to talking to ChatBot and they were not helpful and closed the chat!!

Please can a human help me sign into my account? Or f they can reset anything so i can log in that would be great!?!?

    Welcome to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your online accounts at the moment.

    Are you trying to login via browser or the individual applications?

    Are you able to try logging in via another device? We can then rule out if it's a device or account issue.

      @virginmedia complete shambles. Not been able to login to account or stream sky sports etc.. due to this recent 02 account linking directing me to an email address I no longer have access to. 2 phone calls, 3 What’s app chats, 1 ticket raised 20 days ago which hasn’t been actioned. 1 complaint letter sent without reply and still no further to resolving issue.

      Are you able to use the 'Verify another way' option when registering for your account? Have you also been given the reference number for the issues that you've raised?
