Cannot log in stuck in a loop
Hello. I am new to Virgin Broadband and cannot seem to log in as it keeps saying I don't have an O2 account? The email is correct that I set up but I am stuck in a loop and no amount of trying to get around the log in issue is working. when I try to click the contact us page on this website it comes up with this:
Bad Request
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.
This is a really difficult start and I can't find any way of getting help? Thanks for any advice
