cannot find Area reference & unstable connection
Hi teams,
I ordered VM WIFI service via phone and therefore I have not registered via e-mail. When I try to register, I cannot find area reference and account number in either text message or e-contract. I have a number VM2153990568 that is not sure what it is, post code EC1N 8LB, hatton garden, jeygrove court. Contact summary sheet number is 100144602461. Please help me with registering account with correct account number and area ref.
I also like to complain about the unstable wifi connection. I have ordered the fastest gig 1 service and it disconnect 3 hours on average per day and severely affected my normal usage. Recently, it's disconnected all day and I HAVE TO USE HOTSPOT EVERYDAY. I hope someone could come and check the wires, etc and fix it asap, or I'll cancel the service.
